Giovana y Mario fueron trasladados de las instalaciones de la Fiscalía General de Justicia de la Ciudad de México (FGJ-CdMx) rumbo a dos penales distintos luego de haber sido valorados médicamente tras ser trasladados desde el Estado de México, en dónde fueron detenidos el día de ayer.
Los presuntos feminicidas de Fátima, Giovana “N” y Mario “N”, llegaron este viernes a la Ciudad de México, donde fueron ingresados en los reclusorios de Santa Martha Acatitla y Varonil Oriente, respectivamente.
Autoridades de la Ciudad de México leyeron sus derechos a los presuntos feminicidas cundo llegaron a los respectivos centros penitenciarios.
Giovana y Mario fueron trasladados de las instalaciones de la Fiscalía General de Justicia de la Ciudad de México (FGJ-CdMx) rumbo a dos penales distintos luego de haber sido valorados médicamente tras ser trasladados desde el Estado de México, en dónde fueron detenidos el día de ayer.
Giovana “N” será internada en el Reclusorio Femenil de Santa Marta Acatitla, mientras que Mario “N” será llevado al Reclusorio Oriente.
Minutos antes de las 13:00 horas, personal de la Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana de la Ciudad de México (SSC-CdMx), en colaboración con elementos de la Fiscalía General de Justicia (FGJ) capitalina iniciaron el traslado de Giovana “N” y Mario “N”, presuntos feminicidas de la menor Fátima, de las instalaciones de la Fiscalía del Estado de México rumbo a centros penitenciarios en la capital del país.
Frente a las instalaciones de la Fiscalía capitalina en la Alcaldía Azcapotzalco, decenas de personas se dieron cita para recibir a los presuntos feminicidas con gritos y reclamos por su presunta participación en el asesinato de la menor Fátima.
“¡Desgraciados!”, “¡Malditos!”, gritaron decenas a su paso.
Elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana (SSC) y personal de la Fiscalía capitalina arribaron alrededor de las 11:30 de la mañana a las instalaciones de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México, en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza, para tomar custodia de los detenidos y trasladarlos a un centro de reclusión en la Ciudad de México
Este viernes, un Juez de la Ciudad de México giró una orden de aprehensión en contra de ambos presuntos feminicidas de la menor Fátima, detenidos el día de ayer en el Estado de México, por los delitos de secuestro agravado y feminicidio.
Derivado de dicho ordenamiento, ambos detenidos serán trasladados a centros penitenciarios de la capital del país en las próximas horas.
