De acuerdo con Político.mx, el PAN pactó con el coordinador de los diputados priistas, Rubén Moreira “dejarlo fuera de la jugada” legislativa en caso de mostrar signos de apoyar a Morena.
Incluso el PAN prometió reparar la relación con el PRI, si contaba con el apoyo suficiente de legisladores tricolores para detener la reforma electoral, minimizando así el poder de “Alito” Moreno en San Lázaro.
