En el momento de la detención, los uniformados le aseguraron 15 envoltorios de papel blanco con plástico transparente, en cuyo interior había polvo blanco con características propias de la cocaína.
El probable narcomenudista, junto con el enervante decomisado, fue puesto a disposición de la Agencia del Ministerio Público, donde se inició la Carpeta de Investigación correspondiente para deslindar responsabilidades.
