La presidenta municipal electa de Atizapán, Ana Balderas, indicó que durante su gestión habrá un ajuste significativo en los sueldos de los trabajares de base pues deben ganar más, se mejorarán las condiciones laborales y seaplicará una cero tolerancia a la corrupción.
Entrevistada por Hola-Atizapán al término de un encuentro con trabajadores de Sapasa organizado por la asociación Unidos Para Vivir y Trascender A.C., la edil electa reiteró que los empleados de base serán pieza fundamental durante su administración.
“Ya estamos revisando la situación laboral de los empleados de Atizapán, hay condiciones muy injustas, sobre todo con los trabajadores de base ya que ganan lo mínimo y son los que más labor hacen en campo, vamos a revisar el tema de sus sueldos y a mejorar sus condiciones laborales como el equipamiento, como son uniformes y herramientas de trabajo“, apuntó.
Por otra parte, Ana Balderas, lamentó que durante el gobierno de Pedro Rodríguez se haya sindicalizado a personal del DIF, pues son empleados con no más de dos años de labor y sus sueldos son por mucho superiores al de empleados de base que llevan años en lista para ser incluídos en el SUTEyM.
Finalmente, la alcaldesa electa reiteró que durante su gobierno habrá cero tolerancia a la corrupción pues para dar resultados a la ciudadanía no se deben cometer este tipo de irregularidades al interior de las diferentes áreas del Ayuntamiento.
