Tras someter y detener a esta persona, los uniformados en compañía del Jefe de Turno de Cuartel, procedieron a leerle sus derechos y realizaron una revisión de rutina, encontrándole a este sujeto en la parte trasera del pantalón un desarmador de aproximadamente 15 centímetros de largo de mango negro con amarillo con el que presuntamente actuó para cometer el hecho delictuoso en contra de los pasajeros.
Por lo anterior tras ser reconocido plenamente por las presuntas víctimas, esta persona identificada como Williams Tadeo “N” de 22 años de edad fue trasladado a la agencia local del Ministerio Público para iniciar una tarjeta de investigación por el Delito de Robo con Violencia Cometido en Medios de Transporte Público de Pasajeros, a fin de determinar su situación jurídica.
