De forma inmediata los tripulantes de la unidad SP-1305 hicieron contacto con el encargado del departamento de prevención de pérdidas de la tienda con razón social “Innova Sport”, mismo que señaló a una persona del sexo masculino como el presunto responsable de haber robado de la tienda chalecos de la marca Golden con un monto superior a los ocho mil trecientos pesos.
Por tal motivo tras leerle sus derechos conforme a la ley, los uniformados procedieron a trasladar al Ministerio Público local a quien se identificó como Ricardo “N” de 30 años de edad, iniciándose una carpeta de investigación por el presunto Delito de Robo para determinar su situación jurídica.
