Durante su recorrido de vigilancia por inmediaciones de la colonia Bosques de Ixtacala, Elementos del Sector 12 de la Policía Municipal atendieron el llamado de emergencia recibido vía radio frecuencia de parte del C4 de Atizapán donde se reportaba una alteración al orden en la calle de Sauce esquina con Pirules en la mencionada colonia.
De forma inmediata los uniformados se trasladaron al punto donde a su llegada se percataron de que existia una aglomeración de mas de 25 personas, entre estos un hombre de 35 años de edad quien se acerco a la unidad para señalar a una persona, la cual presuntamente momentos antes había sustraído diversa mercancía en un costal de su puesto semi fijo.
Tras proceder a leerle sus derechos y explicar el motivo de su detención a esta persona, los uniformados a solicitud de la presunta víctima y de varios testigos procedieron a trasladar a la oficina del Ministerio Público Local a quien se identificó como Edgar “N” de 18 años de edad procedente de Bosques de San Miguel con el objetivo de establecer y aclarar su situación jurídica, iniciándose una carpeta de investigación por el presunto Delito de Robo.
