La Dirección de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito -a cargo del Comisario Eduardo González Castillo-, mantiene firme una política de “cero tolerancia a la delincuencia”, al detener a otra persona que cuenta con orden de aprehensión librada por un juez del Estado de México, por el delito de secuestro. Este caso se suma a otros en los que la policía uniformada de este municipio captura delincuentes con órdenes de aprehensión giradas por autoridades de los Poderes Judiciales de Guanajuato, Michoacán y Estado de México, respectivamente.
El detenido, Ricardo Hernández Cruz, cuenta con orden de aprehensión obsequiada en 2012 por el Juez Primero Penal de Primera Instancia con sede en el municipio de Tlalnepantla, Estado de México, por el delito de secuestro, quien fue capturado por personal del Sector I policial en la Colonia México Nuevo, por alterar el orden público.
Al momento de su captura, este hombre se encontraba en estado etílico. Al ser checado en el Sistema de Plataforma México, se logró conocer que contaba con orden de aprehensión por el delito de secuestro, por lo que se le notificó a investigadores de la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado de México, y finalmente fue entregado a agentes de la Policía Ministerial, para continuar con la investigación.
Otro caso, corresponde a la detención de Oscar García Garduño, con orden de aprehensión girada en el 2014 por un juez penal del estado de Michoacán, por el delito de abigeato.
Una detención más, es la de Víctor Eduardo Guadalupe Ibarra Flores, con orden de aprehensión otorgada en 1999 por un juez del estado de Guanajuato, por el delito de robo.
Con estas acciones, la Dirección de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito, continúa el combate a la delincuencia, mediante la política de “cero tolerancia”, que anunció la Presidenta Municipal, Ana María Balderas Trejo, y que es implementada por el Comisario Eduardo González Castillo.
