Por feminicidio sentencian a tres hombres a 73años de prisión en #Atizapán
La FGJEM acreditó su intervención en este hecho registrado en febrero de este año
Por el delito de feminicidio de una joven de 16 años, tres hombres fueron sentenciados a 73 años 4 meses de prisión, una vez que la Fiscalía General de Justicia estatal (FGJEM) acreditó su intervención en este hecho registrado en febrero de este año, en el municipio de Atizapán.
Tras la indagatoria correspondiente, la Fiscalía mexiquense determinó que el 27 de febrero pasado, la víctima se encontraba en compañía de Edgar Iván González Alcántara, Carlos Enrique Hernández Valdivia y David Armando Ponce Ramírez, en la colonia El Cerrito, quienes en algún momento la agredieron sexualmente y luego la estrangularon.
Tras causarle la muerte y con la finalidad de deshacerse del cuerpo, lo subieron a un vehículo y lo trasladaron a la calle Teleguía, de la colonia Prensa Nacional, en el municipio de Tlalnepantla, donde posteriormente fue localizado por vecinos de la zona.
Derivado del hallazgo, la Fiscalía Mexiquense inició una indagatoria por el ilícito de feminicidio y con el avance en los trabajos de investigación fue posible la captura de los implicados, que fueron ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla y puestos a disposición de la Autoridad Judicial.
Luego de revisar las pruebas aportadas por el Ministerio Público, el Órgano Jurisdiccional emitió esta condena contra los acusados, les impuso una multa de 98 mil 553 pesos; la cantidad de 1 millón 556 mil 100 pesos como reparación del daño moral y 18 mil 673 pesos como reparación del daño material.
