El presidente de la Junta de Coordinación Política, Maurilio Hernández González descartó que la operación de la Guardia Nacional en territorio mexiquense vaya a representar gastos onerosos para el gobierno estatal y municipios, pues sólo les corresponderá atender cuestiones de logística.
“Todo lo que tiene que ver con la Guardia Nacional está presupuestado a nivel federal, ¿en qué es lo que los estados y municipios tienen que participar?, pues en el aspecto logístico, y en las bases operativas en las que se van a instalar”, precisó el líder de la bancada morenista en la 60 Legislatura.
Este esquema de seguridad, lleva el mando de la Federación, quien dará sustentabilidad al cuerpo y a la operatividad, pero será compartido por los tres niveles de gobierno, precisó el legislador.
Información del Secretariado Ejecutivo de Seguridad Pública reportó que, en el primer trimestre del año, en el Estado de México se han registrado más de 74 mil 700 delitos, principalmente robo en sus distintas modalidades, y la comisión un promedio de ocho homicidios diarios.
Al respecto, Maurilio Hernández aseguró que debe evaluarse las cifras de incidencia e identificar, en conjunto con la delegación federal, el estado y municipios, cuáles son las causas por las cuales lejos de aminorar la violencia, se mantiene o incluso está al alza.
“No podemos prejuzgar hasta que no conozcamos el informe previo en lo que trabaja la Coordinación de Seguridad en el estado, pero también en sus 32 regiones, porque es un todo y hay lugares donde se ha incrementado la violencia y en otras donde se ha bajado”, apuntó Hernández.
El presidente de la Junta de Coordinación Política precisó que, aunque aún no se aprueban las leyes secundarias para la operación de la Guardia Nacional, ya hay coordinación entre Federación, estado y municipios, mediante las distintas regiones de seguridad para definir la ubicación de las bases operativas de la corporación.
“Ya hay coordinación en las distintas regiones para instalar sus distintas bases operativas, y a nivel estatal también, porque es logística la aportación, así que no es onerosa porque es una coparticipación. Las bases no son municipales, son regionales, hay municipios que son cabecera de la región, donde desde luego hay condiciones, hay otros donde no”, apuntó el líder morenista.
