El Agente del Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía Especializada en Homicidios del Valle de Toluca, de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó la probable participación de Òscar “N”, en el delito de homicidio calificado, ilícito por el cual fue vinculado a proceso.
La Autoridad Judicial con sede en Tlalnepantla determinó iniciar un proceso legal en contra de este sujeto, quien en octubre del año 2014 habría participado en el homicidio de un adolescente de 16 años de edad.
Estos hechos se registraron cuando la víctima se encontraba afuera de un inmueble ubicado en la colonia Ampliación Emiliano Zapata, en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza, donde lo esperaban varios sujetos entre éstos el ahora detenido.
Estos individuos habrían golpeado al adolecente y luego lo asfixiaron.
Después de cometer el homicidio mutilaron el cuerpo y lo colocaron dentro de una maleta, la cual abandonaron en las inmediaciones de un centro deportivo, del mencionado municipio.
Una vez que esta Institución tuvo conocimiento de los hechos, fue iniciada una indagatoria que permitió identificar a Òscar “N”, como uno de los probables agresores, por ello derivado de diversos trabajos de investigación, fue detenido y presentado ante un Juez en el Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, autoridad que lo vinculó a proceso, sin embargo se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
