A nuestra redacción nos llega una queja mas de cientos que hemos atendido sobre negligencias, malos médicos y personal, así como la falta de insumos que nunca llegan o simplemente no hay.
Como ya es costumbre te dejamos el texto integro de esta vecina que tiene una cita desde agosto del año pasado y la citan el dia 13 de marzo de este año y simplemente para decirle que NO HAY MATERIAL Y NO SABEN HASTA CUANDO!! para hacerle sus estudios.
Hacemos un llamado a las autoridades a cargo de este Hospital ya que muchos vecinos lo han llamado el Hospital de la muerte ubicado en el BOULEVARD ADOLFO LÓPEZ MATEOS NO. EXT. SIN NÚMERO NO. INT. SIN NÚMERO, ATIZAPAN DE ZARAGOZA, COL. EL PROTRERO C.P. (52975)

“Buen día es una queja la que tengo y ojala den aviso a los pacientes de que no hay laboratorio en el herrejon
hoy asistí al herrejon ya que tenia cita para unos estudios en el laboratorio , esa cita me la dieron desde agosto.
En ese entonces me dieron unos estudios q tenia q hacer por mi cuenta ya q no los cubría el seguro popular y los otros pues hasta el día de hoy los realizarían
llego a las 615 aprox ya q la cita era a las 7, recalcando que para el 17 de este mes tengo q entregarlos con el pediatra ahí mismo.
Me salen con que no hay estudios desde octubre ya que el laboratorio del hospital herrejon NO HAY MATERIAL Y NO SABEN HASTA CUANDO!!
No se me hace justo que pase esto ya q uno al decirte que unos estudios nos toca cubrirlos y otros no pues no contemplas ese gasto y menosss en tan pocos días a ya entregárselos al doctor.
Tuve que ir a cotizarlos y hacerlos por q obvio quiero la salud de mi hija pero me dicen q hay unos estudios q me entregaran muchooos dias después de la cita que tengo con el pediatra y obvio que en el herrejon la próxima cita me la darán como en 6 meses.
Así q haré un gasto inescesario ya q no lo vera el doctor.
No sabemos q pasa? como es q no hay material en el laboratorio?”(SIC)
