Tres personas identificadas como María del Rocío Martínez Almaguer, Obthiel Cebada y Alfonso Silva Reyes, fueron condenados a 55 años de prisión, luego de que el Agente del Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía Especializada en Homicidios del Valle de Toluca, de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó su participación en el homicidio de un individuo, en este municipio.
La Autoridad Judicial con sede en Tlalnepantla también les fijó multas a cada uno de ellos de 229 mil 210 pesos y 224 mil 680 pesos como reparación del daño, aunado a que sus derechos civiles y políticos quedaron suspendidos.
El 24 de enero pasado, estas tres personas participaron en un homicidio en la colonia El Potrero, en Atizapán de Zaragoza. La indagatoria iniciada por personal de esta Institución permitió establecer que en la calle Girasoles interceptaron a la víctima, con quien iniciaron una discusión, y luego María del Rocío ordenó a uno de los ahora sentenciados que le disparara con un arma de fuego, ocasionándole la muerte.
Estas personas huyeron del lugar a bordo de un vehículo marca Honda, color azul, el cual era conducido por Silva Reyes.
Por este homicidio fue iniciada la carpeta de investigación respectiva y con los datos recabados por Agentes de Investigación, fue posible identificar y detener a los probables partícipes de este asesinato.
Estas tres personas fueron presentadas ante el Ministerio Público y luego remitidas ante un Juez en el Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, quien previo proceso legal, les dictó esta condena.
