Más de 30 escuelas federales y estatales en este municipio se encuentran en condiciones indignas y a punto de caerse, señaló la presidenta municipal Ana Balderas, tras destacar que por ello han designado una inversión aproximadamente de 70 millones de pesos, para rehabilitación de techumbres y baños.
La edil señaló que como ejemplo existen centros educativos que en pasadas administraciones se les construyeron aulas y ahora presentan problemas de filtración de agua, así como otras deficiencias y una de ellas es la “Emma Godoy”, por lo que el actual gobierno construyó 2 aulas.
Destacó que se necesita apoyo del gobierno del Estado de México, sobre todo por el tema de presupuesto, “porque nos están recortando mucho los recursos económicos”.
La presidenta municipal de Atizapán, informó que dentro de las obras que su gobierno tiene contemplado realizar en este año, se encuentra el tema de las escuelas, porque muchas están en malas condiciones, “es indigno que nuestros niños asistan a esos planteles en malas condiciones, algunas están a un paso de caerse, entre ellas también se ubica la escuela Vicente Guerrero, que se encuentran en la cabecera municipal”.
Al respecto el director de Infraestructura y Obra Pública Municipal, Jaime Arturo Ramírez, dijo que se tienen programadas atender a 30 planteles con la inversión de 200 millones de pesos, que se aplicarán a obras públicas, para impermeabilizar, construir aulas y techumbres.
El año pasado fueron atendidas 20 y en este 2017 se van a superar los 30 planteles, aseguró el funcionario municipal.
