Reportan Mil Quinientas viviendas dañadas o afectadaspor la tormenta tropical Earl en Huauchinango, Puebla, donde los cerros se desgajaron, hay 650 casas afectadas y otras 836 en situación de riesgo. Continúan 500 personas en albergues.
El corte realizado al sábado 20 de agosto, sobre los daños a viviendas solamente en esta demarcación, el presidente municipal indicó que la Secretaría de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (Sedatu) tiene censadas 652 y de estas unas 400 serán valoradas para determinar si deben ser reubicadas.
Mientras que poco más de 215 de estas viviendas, están ubicadas en zonas federales y por ello quedaron fuera de las reglas de operación del Fondo Nacional de Desastres Naturales (Fonden).
En tanto 847, la diferencia entre 1499 y las 652, son casas que aparentemente no presentan daños estructurales pero están en una zona de riesgo, como lo determinaron Sedatu y los órganos de Protección Civil tanto municipal como del estado.
Sobre el tema, el secretario de Protección Ciudadana, José Ramón Herrera Zacatenco, dijo que las viviendas que a futuro podrían presentar algún daño por estar en zona de riesgo, serán valoradas por el Centro Nacional de Prevención de Desastres (Cenapred) y determinará si el riesgo es grande, menor o de alto impacto, por lo que se tomarían precauciones.
