Además se aseguró el vehículo en el que viajaba y 101 dólares.
Como parte de las acciones del Mando Unificado Zona Oriente, elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad del Estado de México (SSEM), aseguraron 307 mil 320 pesos y 101 dólares; en la acción, detuvieron a un hombre por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de operaciones con recursos de procedencia ilícita.
Los hechos ocurrieron en Calle 10 casi esquina con calle 29, en la colonia Jardines de Santa Clara, cuando personal de la Policía Estatal detectó a un masculino que circulaba a bordo de un vehículo Ford Mustang convertible, color blanco, sin placas ni permiso para transitar.
Por lo anterior los oficiales le marcaron el alto para realizarle una inspección preventiva y apegada a los protocolos de actuación, en la revisión se localizó una mariconera en la que transportaba diversas cantidades de dinero en efectivo, tanto en pesos como en dólares.
El detenido fue identificado como Irvin “N” de 34 años de edad, a quien se le aseguraron 307 mil 320 pesos, 101 dólares, siete pastillas de color verde claro con características a la droga conocida como “perico”, así como el vehículo en el que viajaba.
Lo incautado fue resguardado bajo cadena de custodia. Tras informarle los derechos que la ley le otorga, fue trasladado, junto con los indicios, a la Agencia del Ministerio Público de San Agustín con sede en la demarcación, donde se definirá su situación legal.
