Un sujeto identificado como Jesús Alberto Gómez Hipólito fue condenado a 25 años y cuatro meses de prisión, tras ser encontrado culpable del robo a los usuarios y conductor de una unidad de transporte público, el pasado mes de septiembre en este municipio.
Luego de revisar los elementos de prueba recabados y aportados por el Agente del Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía Especializa en Delitos Cometidos Contra el Transporte de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) la Autoridad Judicial con sede en Tlalnepantla dictó esta condena para Gómez Hipólito.
El robo por el cual fue condenado ocurrió el día 12 de septiembre del año pasado, cuando junto con dos sujetos más, abordó una unidad de transporte público de la ruta Valle de México, en la autopista Chamapa Lechería, en la colonia Villa de las Torres, municipio de Atizapán.
El ahora sentenciado y sus cómplices amagaron a los usuarios y al chofer, a quienes despojaron de sus pertenencias y dinero. Al momento en que este individuo pretendía huir fue detenido por elementos policiacos, quienes acudieron al sitio en atención a una llamada de auxilio.
Jesús Alberto fue presentado ante el Ministerio Público, quien integró la carpeta de investigación por estos hechos y luego fue remitido ante un Juez, autoridad que previo proceso legal, le dictó esta condena, además sus derechos civiles y políticos fueron suspendidos.
