Derivado de los trabajos implementados a fin de localizar vehículos con reporte de robo, elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad (SS), recuperaron un tractocamión y aprehendieron al conductor.
Los hechos ocurrieron cuando elementos de la Dirección General de Combate al Robo de Vehículos y Transporte (DGCRVyT), patrullaban sobre la avenida Industrial esquina con Prolongación, cuando el sistema de telemetría los alertó sobre las placas de un tractocamión de la marca International, color blanco, contaban con reporte de robo vigente.
Los uniformados mediante comandos verbales solicitaron al conductor de dicho vehículo detuviera la marcha del mismo para practicarle una revisión apegada al protocolo de actuación, tanto a la unidad como a su persona.
Por lo tanto, Saúl “N” de 30 años de edad, al no poder comprobar la posesión legal del vehículo fue trasladado a la Fiscalía del Transporte en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza en donde se determinará su situación jurídica.
