TOMA PROTESTA NUEVO DIRECTOR DE #SAPASA EN #ATIZAPÁN
Ante los miembros del Ayuntamiento, el Presidente Municipal, Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, propuso a Jaime Alejandro Vences Mejía como nuevo titular del organismo SAPASA (Servicios de Agua Potable, Alcantarillado y Saneamiento de Atizapán de Zaragoza) en sustitución de Luis René Elías Ramírez, quien presentó su renuncia con carácter de irrevocable.
Después de la votación, que por unanimidad aprobó la propuesta, el Alcalde tomó protesta de Ley a Vences Mejía, quien tiene como principal encomienda atender a la ciudadanía en la actual crisis hídrica que se vive en el municipio, provocada por el cambio climático y por la reducción de más del 50 por ciento del caudal por parte de la Comisión Nacional del Agua (CONAGUA), lo que disminuye sensiblemente el suministro de agua a los hogares atizapenses.
El nuevo director de SAPASA cuenta con una licenciatura en Derecho por la UNAM y también con su certificado de Competencia Laboral en la Norma Institucional para “Administrar el Organismo Operador de Agua en el Estado de México”. También cuenta con una Maestría en Ciencias de la Ingeniería Ambiental por la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás Hidalgo.
En su experiencia laboral, se ha desempeñado como Director General de OAPAS Naucalpan, Gerente Nacional de Protección a la Infraestructura y Atención de Emergencias en la Coordinación General de Atención a Emergencias y Consejos de Cuenca de la CONAGUA.
Entre otros de sus cargos, también ha sido Subgerente de Planeación en la Gerencia de Consejos de Cuenca, en la Coordinación General de Atención a Emergencias y Consejos de Cuenca, y Coordinador de Proyectos Transversales, Transparencia e Innovación, además de haber sido Asesor de la Coordinación General de la misma CONAGUA.
Por otra parte, en la Octogésima Cuarta Sesión Ordinaria de Cabildo, síndicos, regidores y el Presidente aprobaron el reporte anual de desempeño regulatorio del Programa Anual Municipal de Mejora Regulatoria 2023 y autorizaron el catálogo de puestos/categorías del Ayuntamiento para el ejercicio fiscal 2023.
