Elementos de la Fiscalía de Asuntos Especiales, de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM), catearon un inmueble en este municipio en donde fueron localizados estupefacientes, autopartes y un vehículo con reporte de robo vigente, además fueron detenidas tres personas.
La movilización policiaca se realizó derivado de una investigación de esta Institución, que dio como resultado la ubicación de un inmueble en donde al parecer se realizaban actividades delictivas.
Con esta información el Ministerio Público solicitó a un Juez una orden de cateo para un domicilio localizado en la colonia Lomas Lindas, en Atizapán de Zaragoza, la cual fue otorgada. En el inmueble fueron localizadas diversas autopartes como faros, parrillas, calaveras y salpicaderas, de las cuales se investiga su procedencia.
También fue localizado un vehículo marca Volkswagen, tipo Jetta, con reporte de robo vigente, y dos placas de circulación, ambas de vehículos reportados como robados. Asimismo fueron halladas seis bolsas al parecer con cocaína en polvo.
Durante el cateo fueron detenidos tres sujetos identificados como Julián “N”, de 57 años de edad; Ezequiel “N” de 54 años, y Rosalio “N” de 56 años, quienes fueron presentados ante el Agente del Ministerio Público, quien habrá de determinar su situación legal, sin embargo se les debe considerar inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
