Vinculan a proceso a dos individuos por homicidio en #Atizapán
José Armando “N” e Israel “N” fueron vinculados a proceso, después de que la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM), acreditó su probable intervención en el delito de homicidio calificado, en agravio de un hombre perpetrado en este municipio.
El Órgano Jurisdiccional, luego de revisar los datos de prueba aportados por el Ministerio Público determinó iniciar proceso legal contra estos dos individuos, estableció plazo de dos meses para el cierre de investigación complementaria y medida cautelar de prisión preventiva justificada.
Las indagatorias realizadas por la FGJEM precisaron que el pasado 5 de mayo, la víctima y una persona que lo acompañaba, se encontraban frente a un establecimiento de venta de bebidas alcohólicas, en la calle Lázaro Cárdenas de la colonia Alfredo V. Bonfil.
Al lugar arribaron los ahora detenidos y cuatro individuos más, quienes se dirigieron hasta dónde se hallaba la víctima, a quien habrían golpeado. La persona afectada y su acompañante se retiraron del lugar, sin embargo, fueron seguidos por los involucrados quienes continuaron con la agresión.
Derivado de ello, la víctima falleció en el lugar, en tanto que los probables implicados huyeron a bordo de una camioneta.
Al tener conocimiento del ilícito, el Ministerio Público inició la investigación correspondiente, lo que permitió la identificación de José Armando “N” e Israel “N”, como quienes habrían participado en esta agresión, por ello fue solicitada orden de aprehensión en su contra.
Tras ser aprehendidos fueron ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, donde un Juez los vinculó a proceso, no obstante, se les debe considerar inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
