El Agente del Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía Especializada de Homicidio del Valle de Toluca, de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia Estatal (FGJEM), consiguió la vinculación a proceso de tres personas tras acreditar su probable participación en un asalto al dueño y empleados de un negocio de venta de pollos, en donde un cliente resultó muerto por disparo de arma de fuego.
Los detenidos fueron identificados como Mercedes “N”, José Edgar “N” y Gabriel “N”, quienes el pasado 10 de marzo habrían participado en estos hechos en un negocio ubicado en la calle Monte María, en la colonia Lomas de Monte María, en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza.
La indagatoria integrada por este ilícito permitió determinar que ese día los probables partícipes y tres individuos más arribaron a un negocio de compra y venta de pollos, en donde se encontraba el dueño, dos de sus empleados y un cliente.
Mercedes “N”, Gabriel “N” y dos sujetos más al parecer sometieron a las víctimas y sustrajeron 45 mil pesos. En tanto que José Edgar “N” habría hecho labores de vigilancia.
Los probables partícipes al parecer se ostentaron como integrantes de la organización delictiva La Familia Michoacana y antes de retirarse del sitio realizaron detonaciones con un arma de fuego que llevaban, por lo que resultó lesionado el dueño del negocio referido. De igual manera habrían disparado en contra de un cliente, quien falleció.
Estas personas intentaron huir a bordo de un vehículo tipo Jetta, no obstante elementos de la Policía Municipal detuvieron a Mercedes “N”, José Edgar “N” y Gabriel “N”, y los presentaron ante el Agente del Ministerio Público quien integró la carpeta de investigación respectiva por el delito de robo con la agravante de causar la muerte.
Posteriormente los tres probables partícipes fueron ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, en donde un Juez determinó vincularlos a proceso, estableció un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de investigación complementaria y una medida cautelar de prisión preventiva, sin embargo se les debe considerar inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
