Allan ‘N’ fue vinculado a proceso por una jueza por su probable participación en el feminicidio de la joven Ana María Serrano Céspedes, de 18 años, cometido el 12 de septiembre en Atizapán, Estado de México.
El imputado es acusado de asesinar a la joven en su casa y con quien había tenido una relación de año y medio, misma que concluyó, pero este insistía en que regresaran.
La audiencia de vinculación a proceso tuvo una duración de cuatro horas y media, donde se presentaron las pruebas en su contra para demostrar su participación en el feminicidio.
Por su parte, la juzgadora estableció un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigación complementaria, de modo que Allan ‘N’, continuará en prisión preventiva justificada.
Cámaras de Seguridad captaron al detenido cuando llegó en un vehículo a casa de Ana María y para no ser reconocido le quitó la placa a la unidad.
El presunto feminicida fue detenido el 16 de septiembre en calles de la colonia San Juan, en el municipio de Malinalco y trasladado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social Licenciado Juan Fernández Albarrán, en Tlalnepantla.
