El profesor Zuriel “N” que daba la clase de inglés, fue detenido como probable responsable del delito del delito de abuso sexual en agravio de una niña de 14 años, alumna de la escuela.
La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) informó que de acuerdo a las investigaciones del caso, el 9 de junio de este año, la víctima se encontraba en horario escolar dentro de un plantel educativo ubicado en la colonia San Juan Bosco en Atizapán de Zaragoza, y en algún momento Zuriel “N” con base en engaños la trasladó a otra aula, donde le habría realizado tocamientos en el cuerpo; posteriormente la menor de edad se retiró del lugar.
Estos hechos fueron denunciados ante el Agente del Ministerio Público, que inició la indagatoria correspondiente por el delito de abuso sexual, y con las pruebas recabadas, solicitó a un Juez librar orden de aprehensión contra el posible implicado.
El imputado fue ingresado en prisión preventiva al Penal de Barrientos ubicado en el municipio de Tlalnepantla.
Por otra parte el director del Colegio de Ciencias y Humanidades (CCH) Naucalpan, Keshava R. Quintanar Cano, informó que la estudiante -víctima de abuso sexual por parte del profesor de educación física-, recibe acompañamiento emocional, legal y académico por parte de la institución académica.
Abordado en el exterior del plantel, el director no abundó sobre el tema y dijo que el caso es investigado por la FGJEM.
Al momento, autoridades de la FGJEM no responden al llamado público sobre el avance de las investigaciones, pues trascendió que el profesor evadió la acción de la justicia y se ha dado a la fuga.
El caso de abuso sexual ocurrió en el mes de noviembre del año pasado, cuando con amenazas, la joven fue abusada sexualmente por el profesor de educación física de 42 años de edad.
Al momento existe una orden de aprehensión que lleva siete meses sin cumplimiento.
