· La Fiscalía Edoméx investiga a Gustavo Ricardo “N” por su presunta intervención en agresiones contra diversas personas y otros caninos. “Pelusa” será adoptado para garantizar su óptima calidad de vida.
Elementos de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) detuvieron a Gustavo Ricardo “N” de 54 años, quien es investigado por su posible intervención en el delito de maltrato animal, ya que el pasado 23 de septiembre habría lanzado un artefacto explosivo a un canino llamado “Pelusa”, lo cual fue captado por una cámara de video y las imágenes dadas a conocer a través de redes sociales.
Derivado de los hechos que fueron de conocimiento público, esta Institución inició una investigación por el ilícito de maltrato animal y con los datos de prueba recabados fue posible identificar al posible responsable, por ello elementos de la Policía de Investigación (PDI) realizaron una movilización en la colonia Jardines de Atizapán, en el municipio de Atizapán, que permitió la detención de este sujeto.
Actos de investigación de la Fiscalía Edoméx precisaron que el día de los hechos este sujeto habría cometido esta acción en la calle Guanajuato, colonia Ampliación Lomas de San Lorenzo en el municipio de Atizapán. El canino “Pelusa” resultó con diversas lesiones por lo que tuvo que ser atendido por un médico veterinario donde le fue amputada la extremidad izquierda.
La Fiscalía del Estado de México hace del conocimiento que ha cubierto los costos de la atención médica de “Pelusa” y buscará su adopción para garantizar su óptima calidad de vida.
Por otra parte, al continuar con las pesquisas, Gustavo Ricardo “N” fue también señalado presuntamente por agredir a vecinos de la zona, así como a otros caninos, hechos por los que se continúan con las indagatorias correspondientes.
Tras ser detenido el posible implicado, fue presentado ante el Agente del Ministerio Público, y luego ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla donde la Autoridad Judicial determinará su situación legal, no obstante, al detenido se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
