Detienen a presunto feminicida en #Atizapán
Por el delito de feminicidio, un individuo identificado como Marco Antonio “N” de 36 años, fue vinculado a proceso, luego de que la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó su probable intervención en este ilícito registrado el pasado 21 de julio en Atizapán.
La Autoridad Judicial luego de revisar los datos de prueba aportados por el Ministerio Público, determinó iniciar proceso legal contra este individuo, además estableció plazo de tres meses para el cierre de investigación complementaria y medida cautelar de prisión preventiva justificada.
Este individuo fue detenido por elementos de la Dirección de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito Municipal de Atizapán de Zaragoza, luego de que habría privado de la vida a su pareja sentimental, una mujer de 41 años, al interior de una vivienda ubicada en la colonia 5 de Mayo.
La indagatoria iniciada por la Fiscalía mexiquense precisó que ese día el ahora detenido y la víctima habrían iniciado una discusión; luego Marco Antonio “N” presumiblemente la atacó con un objeto punzocortante, ocasionándole la muerte.
Este individuo fue presentado ante el Agente del Ministerio Público, quien inició una indagatoria por este delito y posteriormente elementos de la Policía de Investigación y de la Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana del Gobierno de México (SSPC), a través de la Comisión Nacional Antihomicidio (CONAHO), lo ingresaron al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla.
Al detenido se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
