Por el delito de feminicidio en agravio de una mujer de 79 años, un individuo identificado como Juan Francisco “N”, fue vinculado a proceso, luego de que la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó su probable intervención en estos hechos.
Los hechos por los cuales es investigado se registraron el pasado 17 de noviembre, en una casa habitación ubicada en la colonia Lomas de Monte María, en esta demarcación, donde el probable implicado de 33 años habría privado de la vida a su suegra.
De acuerdo con la investigación, este sujeto habría sometido y agredido físicamente a la víctima, para luego finalmente estrangularla. Vecinos que se percataron de los hechos solicitaron la presencia de elementos de la Dirección de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito Municipal de Atizapán de Zaragoza, quienes arribaron al lugar y detuvieron a Juan Francisco “N”.
El posible responsable fue presentado ante el Agente del Ministerio Público, quien inició la indagatoria correspondiente por el hecho delictivo de feminicidio. Posteriormente fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social Lic. Juan Fernández Albarrán, en Tlalnepantla.
La Autoridad Judicial luego de revisar los datos de prueba aportados por el Representante Social, determinó iniciar proceso legal contra este individuo, además estableció plazo de tres meses para el cierre de investigación complementaria y medida cautelar de prisión preventiva justificada.
Al detenido se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
