Trabajos de investigación en campo, permitieron a policías de la Secretaría de Seguridad (SS) detener a dos hombres por su probable participación en delitos contra la salud en la modalidad de narcomenudeo y portación, tráfico y acopio de armas prohibidas.
Como parte del seguimiento a diversas denuncias ciudadanas, en las que se informó sobre un grupo de individuos armados, quienes al parecer se dedicaban a la venta y distribución de estupefacientes en diversos puntos de la colonia San Juan Ixtacala Plano Norte, de la demarcación de Atizapán.
Ante los hechos, uniformados de la SS realizaban patrullajes estratégicos, cuando al transitar sobre la calle Loma Huizache, en la colonia antes mencionada, tuvieron a la vista a dos posibles objetivos que viajaban a bordo de un automotor Chevrolet, tipo Chevy, color rojo, quienes al notar la presencia policiaca, intentaron emprender huida.
A fin de corroborar la información, los oficiales dieron alcance y solicitaron a los tripulantes detener la marcha para llevar a cabo una revisión protocolaria; al concluir, localizaron entre sus pertenencias ocho envoltorios de plástico que en su interior contenían una sustancia con características propias a la droga conocida como cristal, cinco envoltorios con hierba verde y seca similar a la marihuana, un rifle de aire con munición de acero, calibre 4.5 milímetros y un bóxer metálico.
Ante el hallazgo y luego de hacer saber los derechos que la ley consagra, Jaime “N” de 22 años de edad y Alexis “N” de 24 años, fueron presentados junto con los objetos decomisados ante la Agencia del Ministerio Público con sede en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza, donde se determinará su situación jurídica
