Por instrucciones de la presidenta municipal, Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, elementos de Protección Civil y de la Guardia Civil son capacitados en forma para atender a la población en todo tipo de situaciones.
Los elementos policiacos fueron interceptados por los ocupantes de un vehículo Golf cuando circulaban por calles de Tecámac Centro, para que fueran apoyados ante la urgencia del caso.
La madre y el recién nacido fueron trasladados a bordo de una ambulancia de Protección Civil al hospital 200 del Seguro Social, para que fueran valorados.
