Tras recibir una denuncia ciudadana por el robo de cable de aluminio del trolebús, efectivos de la Secretaría de Seguridad del Edomex (SSEM), detuvieron a tres probables responsables, luego de una breve persecución.
Los uniformados de la Policía Estatal realizaban recorridos de seguridad dentro del Operativo Argos, como parte de la estrategia instruida en las Mesas de Coordinación para la Construcción de la Paz, cuando fueron alertados por una mujer, quien informó que varios sujetos en actitud sospechosa al parecer sustraían cable de aluminio.
Luego de implementarse un cerco policial sobre la calle Zacatecas, esquina con Pachuca, en la colonia San Juan Tlapizahuac, observaron a tres hombres que caminaban con trozos de cable de aluminio y un rollo más, los cuales al notar la presencia de las fuerzas del orden, pretendieron fugarse; sin embargo, se les dio alcance más adelante.
Los elementos realizaron una revisión apegada a los protocolos y al finalizar localizaron tres pedazos de cable de 75 centímetros y un rollo de 11.65 metros con forro negro; durante la acción, la denunciante los señaló como responsables del hurto, cabe destacar que el material es utilizado para el funcionamiento del trolebús.
Por lo anterior los policías estatales procedieron a detener a Martiniano “N”, Roberto “N” y Josué “N”, de 36, 43 y 35 años, respectivamente. Posterior a la lectura de los derechos que la ley consagra a su favor, fueron trasladados ante la autoridad correspondiente, donde se determinará su situación jurídica.
