Horas después de su detención y traslado a la Ciudad de México, el fiscal de Morelos, Uriel Carmona, ingresó al Reclusorio Sur, donde es requerido por un juez de control por el delito de retardo de la justicia en el caso del feminicidio de Ariadna Fernanda.
Fue este viernes cuando a pesar de contar con fuero constitucional, elementos de la Policía de investigación (PDI) de la Fiscalía General de Justicia de la Ciudad de México detuvieron al fiscal Carmona Gándara.
De acuerdo con la FGJ-CDMX la detención se hizo en coordinación con elementos de la Secretaría de Marina afuera del domicilio del fiscal morelense, quien es acusado de Delitos Cometidos Contra la Procuración y Administración de Justicia.
Autoridades de la Ciudad de México precisaron que se le atribuye el haber obstaculizado las investigaciones por el feminicidio de la joven Ariadna Fernanda cuyo cadáver fue encontrado en octubre pasado en la Pera de Cuautla.
