Agente de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó la probable participación de Juan Manuel “N”, en el delito de violación, ilícito por el que la Autoridad Judicial con sede en Tlalnepantla determinó vincularlo a proceso.
Este sujeto se encuentra interno en el Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social Lic. Juan Fernández Albarrán, en Tlalnepantla, ya que es investigado por este ilícito cometido en agravio de su hermana de 27 años.
Las indagatorias realizadas por personal de esta Institución permitieron establecer que el pasado 2 de junio, la víctima junto con el ahora detenido, viajaba a bordo de un vehículo compacto, en calles de la colonia San Lorenzo Totolinga, en el municipio de Naucalpan, pero en un momento determinado éste la amagó con una navaja y la agredió sexualmente.
Después de la agresión Juan Manuel “N”, descendió del vehículo y pretendió darse a la fuga, pero fue detenido por elementos de la Policía Municipal de Naucalpan, quienes lo presentaron ante el Agente del Ministerio Público, autoridad que inició la carpeta de investigación por estos hechos.
El detenido posteriormente fue ingresado al Penal de la zona, en donde un Juez lo vinculó a proceso por el delito de violación, y fijó un plazo de un mes para el cierre de investigación, sin embargo se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
