Detienen a sujeto por secuestro agravado en #Atizapán de Zaragoza
Martín “N”, fue vinculado a proceso, luego de que la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó su posible intervención en el delito de secuestro agravado, ya que en el año 2018 habría participado en el secuestro de un hombre, en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza.
La Autoridad Judicial revisó los datos de prueba aportados por el Agente del Ministerio Público, por lo que determinó iniciar proceso legal contra este individuo, estableció plazo de un mes para el cierre de investigación complementaria y medida cautelar de prisión preventiva justificada.
De acuerdo con la indagatoria iniciada por personal de la Fiscalía estatal, fue posible determinar que el día de los hechos, el 29 de mayo de 2018, la víctima arribó a una plaza comercial ubicada en la avenida Ignacio Zaragoza, del municipio referido, donde se encontró con dos individuos, uno de los cuales era su familiar.
Los tres abordaron un vehículo propiedad de la víctima para trasladarse a la colonia Granjas de Guadalupe, en el municipio de Nicolás Romero; en el trayecto fueron interceptados por el ahora detenido y dos individuos más, quienes viajaban en una camioneta tipo Suburban.
Martín “N” y uno de sus cómplices habrían amagado con arma de fuego a la víctima y por la fuerza la subieron a la camioneta referida para trasladarlo a otro punto, en donde lo habrían mantenido cautivo. Horas más tarde, familiares de la víctima comenzaron a recibir llamadas telefónicas mediante las cuales les solicitaron una fuerte suma económica, así como los documentos que acreditaban la propiedad de un vehículo, a cambio de liberarlo.
Posteriormente, la víctima fue hallada sin vida en la carretera Villa del Carbón-Villa Nicolás Romero, kilómetro 3, en el municipio de Villa del Carbón. Derivado de lo anterior fue iniciada la indagatoria correspondiente por el delito de secuestro agravado y llevados a cabo actos de investigación con los que se identificó a Martín “N”, como posible implicado en los hechos, y quien en conjunto con las personas que acompañaban a la víctima al momento de los hechos, habría planeado este delito.
El Agente del Ministerio Público solicitó al Órgano Jurisdiccional librar orden de aprehensión contra el posible implicado, mandamiento judicial que fue otorgado y cumplimentado por elementos de la Policía de Investigación (PDI), quienes lo ingresaron al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de la zona.
Al detenido se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
