Dejan libres a 9 estudiantes detenidos por riña en #CCH #Naucalpan
Los 9 estudiantes que habían sido detenidos luego de la riña registrada en las inmediaciones del CCH Naucalpan, Estado de México, la noche del pasado miércoles, fueron liberados esta mañana.
El agente del Ministerio Público ordenó su liberación después de confirmarse que la muerte del estudiante fallecido de la FES Acatlán, fue a causa de un paro cardiaco al intentar huir del disturbio y no causada por los golpes recibidos durante el incidente.
No obstante, a pesar de la liberación, los estudiantes siguen siendo objeto de investigación por parte de las autoridades locales, enfrentando acusaciones de riña y daños a la propiedad.
El enfrentamiento del pasado 8 de mayo, involucró a presuntos a porros del Colegio de Bachilleres 5 de Satélite, quienes se enfrentaron con los estudiantes del CCH Naucalpan. Dejó la muerte de un estudiante y varios heridos.
De acuerdo con relatos de testigos presenciales, aproximadamente 150 porros embistieron el CCH Naucalpan, agrediendo indiscriminadamente a los estudiantes. La intervención de la policía estatal y municipal logró contener la violencia.
En medio del caos, un video que circula en redes sociales captura el pánico y la violencia de la situación, mientras una voz aterrada grita: “lo van a matar”. La grabación registra sonidos de petardos y el anuncio de la detención de uno de los implicados.
Ahora, la familia de Óscar Yael espera poder realizar su velatorio, aunque las investigaciones sobre su fallecimiento durante los incidentes del 8 de mayo continúan en curso.
