Durante las conmemoraciones del Día de las Madres en los panteones de Torreón, una mujer de 71 años sufrió un accidente cuando, entre las tumbas, una estructura cedió bajo sus pies, provocando su caída.
La mujer, quien caminaba con un ramo de flores en el Panteón Municipal No. 1, resultó con heridas leves y fue atendida en el lugar por paramédicos de la Cruz Roja, Bomberos y personal de Protección Civil.
Este incidente no fue el único registrado en la jornada, pues minutos antes, otro hombre de 75 años, identificado como Mario, se golpeó la cabeza con una cruz mientras realizaba labores de limpieza en una tumba del mismo camposanto.
Mario presentó una herida en la cabeza, fue atendido por los equipos de emergencia presentes en el lugar, quienes recomendaron su traslado a un hospital para una evaluación más detallada.
