SENTENCIAN A 55 AÑOS DE PRISIÓN A DOS INDIVIDUOS ACUSADOS DE SECUESTRO EXPRÉS CON FINES DE ROBO
Ésta es la segunda sentencia que obtiene la Fiscalía mexiquense contra estos dos individuos, ya que el pasado mes de mayo también fueron condenados a 55 años de prisión por otro secuestro exprés.
Por secuestro exprés para ejecutar el delito de robo, Mauricio Vázquez Mirón y Misael de Jesús Badillo, fueron sentenciados a 55 años de prisión, una vez que la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó su intervención en estos hechos que se registraron en este municipio.
El delito por el cual fueron sentenciados tuvo lugar el 17 de noviembre de 2023, cuando secuestraron a los tripulantes de un vehículo de carga para robar la mercancía que transportaban, consistente en 60 toneladas de alimento para mascota, con un valor estimado en 2 millones de pesos.
De las diligencias hechas por la Fiscalía mexiquense se determinó que ese día las víctimas viajaban en dicha unidad automotora acoplada con dos portacontenedores, en el poblado Encinillas del municipio de Polotitlán, fueron interceptados por varios individuos, quienes tripulaban tres vehículos.
De esos automóviles descendieron los ahora sentenciados y cinco individuos más, quienes amenazaron a las víctimas con armas de fuego, las privaron de la libertad y hurtaron la unidad de carga.
Posteriormente, elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad estatal (SSEM) y de la Policía Municipal de Jilotepec que realizaban labores de patrullaje en la zona, fueron alertados del robo y lograron la detención de Mauricio Vázquez Mirón y Misael de Jesús Badillo, cando huían.
Tras su captura, estos individuos fueron presentado ante el Ministerio Público y luego ingresados al Centro de Penitencia y de Reinserción Social de la zona, a disposición de la autoridad judicial, quien les dictó esta sentencia de condena.
Además de la pena privativa de libertad, estos individuos deberán pagar multa en tanto que sus derechos civiles y políticos quedaron suspendidos.
El pasado mes de mayo esta Institución obtuvo sentencia de condena de 55 años de prisión para estos dos individuos por otro secuestro exprés con fines de robo, ya que privaron de la libertad al conductor de un tractocamión con una carga de 20 mil 748 kilogramos de medicamentos, también en el municipio de Polotitlán.
