A la redacción de Hola Atizapán nos llega la siguiente denuncia donde la cadena Soriana le hace un cobro de donación a un vecino, sin preguntar o mediar si esta de acuerdo en aportar para la institución Teleton, esto en BODEGAS DE ATIZAPÁN:
“Buenas noches, ojala puedan publicar esto, hoy por la noche fui a comprar medicamentos a Soriana Atizapan, mi medico familiar me aconsejo que lo comprara ahi, pero en mi ticket de compra me hacen un cargo a favor de fundacion teleton.(SIC)
Cosa que yo no aprobe y tampoco me preguntaron, se que no es mucho 95 centavos, pero se imaginan cuanto dinero sacan por cada cliente que compra y hacen este cargo sin concentimiento del cliente? “.(SIC)
“Literal es un robo a ojos vistos y vuelvo a repetir se que no es mucho pero tampoco es justo este tipo de cargos sin concentimiento del cliente.”(SIC)
