Este viernes, el gobernador de Veracruz, Javier Duarte, se presentó a declarar ante la Subprocuraduría Especializada en Investigación de Delincuencia Organizada (SEIDO), a fin de presentar una denuncia formal contra Miguel Ángel Yunes, tal como hizo en la entidad que todavía gobierna.
“Estoy aquí para hacer una denuncia formal en contra de Miguel Ángel Yunes y en contra de su familia por enriquecimiento ilícito”, dijo Duarte.
“Yo, no tengo nada que ocultar, no tengo que esconder por eso vengo aquí públicamente con la frente en alto””, precisó.
De acuerdo con la denuncia, Yunes Linares adquirió propiedades por más de 400 millones de pesos, de manera directa, y a través de su esposa Leticia Márquez Mora y de sus hijos Omar, Miguel Ángel y Fernando, así como de cuatro empresas familiares que son directamente administradas por ellos mismos.
La denuncia señala al menos 26 propiedades en diversos puntos del estado de Veracruz y la Ciudad de México; las empresas que ha utilizado son: Veracruzana de Bienes Inmuebles, Praxislong Pralo, Corporativo Yunes Márquez y PDIC Consultoría.
La denuncia también detalla diversas propiedades, incluidos penthouses en lujosos edificios en la Ciudad de México con valores que rebasan los 400 millones de pesos.
A partir de este momento, Yunes Linares y sus familiares tendrán la obligación de demostrar el origen lícito de la fortuna con la que adquirieron esta cantidad de costosos bienes inmuebles.
