jueves 1 de septiembre no circulan en la Ciudad de México (DF ) y Estado de México ( Edomex ) los carros con engomado verde y placas con terminación 1 y 2 debido al programa Hoy No Circula .
La restricción vehicular aplica para carros particulares, taxis, camiones y vehículos con permiso en un horario de 5:00 a 22:00 horas.
El Hoy No Circula está vigente dentro de las 16 delegaciones del DF y 18 municipios conurbados del Edomex .
Cabe destacar que la calidad del aire en el DF la tarde del miércoles era mala; casi alcanzó los niveles de contingencia ambiental, según el reporte del Sistema de Monitoreo Atmosférico.
