CUMPLIMENTA FISCALÍA MEXIQUENSE ORDEN DE APREHENSIÓN CONTRA POSIBLE IMPLICADA EN HOMICIDIO PERPETRADO EN VALLE DE #CHALCO

Agentes de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM), en conjunto con elementos de la Secretaria de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana federal (SSPC), a través de la Comisión Nacional Antihomicidio (CONAHO) detuvieron en cumplimiento de orden de aprehensión a Lluvia Ivonne “N”, señalada por su probable intervención en el delito de homicidio calificado.
La detenida fue puesta a disposición de la Autoridad Judicial en el Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Chalco, quien habrá de determinar su situación legal, no obstante, debe ser considerada inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
La investigación de la Fiscalía estatal precisó que el 7 de marzo de 2019, la posible implicada, en complicidad con dos personas más, acudieron al domicilio de la víctima, situado en la avenida Solidaridad, de la colonia San Isidro en Valle de Chalco, donde al parecer discutieron por la propiedad de un inmueble.
Debido a que no llegaron a ningún acuerdo, la ahora detenida y sus acompañantes habrían atacado con un arma punzocortante a la víctima, quien falleció por la gravedad de las lesiones. Luego los posibles implicados huyeron.
Derivado de los hechos, el Agente del Ministerio Público inició la investigación respectiva y recabó datos de prueba, con los cuales obtuvo del Órgano Jurisdiccional una orden de aprehensión en contra de Lluvia Ivonne “N”, como probable implicada del delito de homicidio calificado. Este mandamiento judicial fue cumplimentado por personal de las autoridades estatales y federales.
