Oaxaca.- El taquero Gildardo G.V. quedó en prisión preventiva al ser acusado como presunto responsable del delito de secuestro agravado cometido en agravio del agente del Ministerio Público, A.M.V., cuyos hechos ocurrieron en el centro de la población de Tlaxiaco y el martes se determinará su situación jurídica.
Durante la audiencia por exhorto 480/2017 de la causa penal 281/2017 del juez de garantías de Tlaxiaco, desarrollado en la sala de audiencia de Ciudad Judicial en Reyes Mantecón, el agente del Ministerio Público mostró las pruebas existentes en la carpeta de investigación que se inició el 21 de septiembre del año en curso por los hechos ocurridos en el centro de la población de Tlaxiaco.
En la causa penal obran los hechos ocurridos cuando el representante social fue detenido por elementos de la policía municipal al estar durmiendo en una camioneta que no era de su propiedad, al parecer en estado inconveniente.
El representante social fue llevado a la cárcel municipal, pero los vecinos se organizaron y decidieron acudir la mañana del miércoles 20 de septiembre para sacarlo de la cárcel municipal y pasearlo por las calles.
Personal de la vice-fiscalía de la zona de la Mixteca acudió al lugar, pero los pobladores se negaban a entregar al agente del Ministerio Público, a quien desnudaron y pasearon por las calles, donde lo estuvieron golpeando.
Tras negociaciones, el agente del Ministerio Público fue liberado y trasladado a una clínica para recibir asistencia médica. Sus compañeros decidieron protestar el jueves para que se iniciara una averiguación previa.
El ahora detenido -según las investigaciones- fue uno de los participantes en los hechos y por lo cual se inició una carpeta de investigación por el delito de secuestro cometido en agravio del agente del Ministerio Público.
Su homólogo recabó videos, declaraciones y otras pruebas que sirvió para que el juez de Tlaxiaco librara la orden de aprehensión en la causa penal 281/2017 y fue detenido el pasado viernes por la tarde, siendo trasladado a Ciudad Judicial para realizarse la audiencia de control de detención en cumplimiento al mandato judicial.
La noche del viernes se realizó la audiencia de control de detención y el sábado la comunicación de la imputación, donde se proyectaron el video que fue grabado cuando era golpeado y paseado por las calles de la población.
Para ello, la sala -repleta de agentes del Ministerio Público- la desalojaron para proyectar el video y después el defensor pidió la ampliación del término constitucional por 72 horas.
