Una adolescente de 14 años de edad fue detenida por elementos de la Unidad Especializada en el Combate al Secuestro (UECS) de la Fiscalía General del Estado de Durango, luego de que está simulara su secuestro.
De acuerdo a las autoridades, la captura es por la probable comisión del delito de simulación de secuestro, en prejuicio de la madre de familia, de 33 años.
Fue el pasado 17 de mayo aproximadamente a las 13:00 horas, cuando la menor salió de su domicilio ubicado en el fraccionamiento Hacienda de Tapias de Durango y ya no regresó. La familia salió a buscarla y no la encontraron en el lugar donde se dirigía.
Luego de varias horas, la mamá de la menor recibió un mensaje de texto del mismo número celular de la adolescente de 14 años, donde se comentaba que tenían secuestrada a su hija y a través de amenazas solicitaban la cantidad de 30 mil pesos por su liberación o de lo contrario la asesinarían.
La madre de la menor acudió a la Fiscalía General del Estado de Durango para interponer la denuncia, iniciando la carpeta de investigación por desaparición.
Los elementos de la Unidad Especializada en el Combate al Secuestro (UECS), realizaron las investigaciones apoyados con el uso de tecnología y sistema de geolocalización se ubicó en el municipio de Nuevo Ideal, Durango.
La menor se fue a esa localidad por sus propios medios por lo que el 18 de mayo, tras comprobar que ella simuló el secuestro, se procedió a su aseguramiento.
Finalmente, fue trasladada a la sala detención provisional de la dependencia, quedando a disposición de la Agente del Ministerio Público adscrita a la Unidad de Menores Infractores, por la responsabilidad que le resulte.
