La CNDH recomendó reabrir la investigación sobre Mario Aburto
“Hace más de un mes que no habla conmigo, desde que lo cambiaron a Guanajuato, dicen que está en Guanajuato… Hace como siete meses. Hace un mes me dijo que quería que vayamos a verlo, mi esposa, porque le iba a dar unos papeles para que se los llevara a una jueza a Toluca”, aseguró Rubén Aburto, padre de Mario.
Después de que la Comisión Nacional de Derechos Humanos (CNDH) recomendó reabrir la investigación sobre Mario Aburto, “por actos de tortura e incomunicación”, la familia del asesino confeso de Luis Donaldo Colosio reveló que su pariente lleva un mes desaparecido, por lo que acudirán a instancias internacionales para garantizar su seguridad.
Rubén Aburto aseguró que a pesar de que la CNDH ha solicitado en varias ocasiones que trasladen a su hijo a un penal de Baja California, donde podría ser visitado por sus familiares, las autoridades federales han hecho caso omiso.
“Que según lo iban a cambiar al centro penitenciario de El Hongo, en Tecate, para poder ir a ver a mi hijo, porque ya tenemos más de 27 años sin verlo y entonces dijimos ‘ya lo van a cambiar para acá, pues vamos a ir a verlo, salimos aquí cerquita’, y no, pues puras mentiras”, dijo.
Los familiares externaron preocupación sobre la seguridad de Mario Aburto, por lo que adelantaron que acudirán a instancias internacionales.
