Durante la conferencia sobre el coronavirus de este lunes, el subsecretario de Salud, Hugo López-Gatell, señaló que en la última semana salieron tres publicaciones sobre tres candidatas a vacunas contra covid-19.
“Están en la fase más avanzada de investigación, que es la fase 3 de investigación. Las tres dan resultados prometedores con distintas características”, afirmó el subsecretario de Salud y señaló que es entusiasta el saber que el mundo se acerca a tener una vacuna contra el coronavirus covid-19.
“Yo recomendaría entusiasmo por saber que se acerca el mundo a tener una vacuna, una o más, podría haber más de una, si hay más de una mejor, porque las oportunidades para conseguir el producto en precios razonables es mejor”, dijo.
Reiteró que hasta el momento hay tres en la fase puntera y otras 11 que están en una fase avanzada de investigación clínica y cerca de 140 que iniciaron alguna clase de investigación.
